Locally owned & operated since 2013, our Customer First mission has helped us develop a process that is superior in our industry. Each elevator we install is a completely custom project from start to finish.

Whether you’re building a new home or adding an elevator to an existing home, our partnership with you begins during the design phase of the project with the hoistway layout. In order to have the best possible finished elevator cab, we’ll provide you with a recommendation for the shaft layout based on your dimensions. Since we custom design each and every residential elevator, our elevators are a better fit, both physically and aesthetically in any construction. We work with architects, contractors, & homeowners to offer the perfect system for our customers, and our team is committed to innovation and continuous improvement.

With any size construction project, you’ll have plenty of things to worry about. We believe the elevator shouldn’t be one of them. We don’t like surprises and know you don’t either – we’ll perform multiple site visits during the course of your project to ensure shaft preparation is progressing according to plan.

Southeastern Elevator is committed to providing the best possible product to all of our customers, so many additional features are included standard in our basic package. We build each elevator cab custom using real 3/4″ stain grade maple plywood, source our components from best-in-industry USA manufacturers and assemble each elevator package locally in our shop. While our competitors mainly use proprietary, foreign, and difficult-to-find components in their designs, we use commercially available off-the-shelf components, sourced in the United States and easy to find. This means our elevators have far shorter lead times and can be serviced faster and at less cost.

Our installation takes place right at the end of construction process and lasts two days or less – start to finish. Our installers are craftsmen and take pride in their neat work. Our priority is “safety first, always” so our installers take their time, pay attention to details, and leave each jobsite better than they found it.

A CoastLine residential elevator is an incredibly valuable addition to any home. It must be installed in compliance with numerous safety codes. Once installation is complete, our favorite part of the process is teaching you how to safely operate and care for your new elevator.

We believe that installation is only the start of our customer relationship. Post-install we are here to provide prompt, quality service on your elevator for years to come. Our affordable maintenance programs are designed to maximize the life of your elevator and to ensure safe and smooth operation.
