At Southeastern Elevator, we are constantly working to ensure that our elevator packages offer the best value on the market.
Regardless of which of our elevator models you have in your home, you can rest assured that it was designed with high-quality, heavy-duty components built to last you many years to come.
Each elevator cab is custom built in our Morehead City facility to ensure the best possible fit in the elevator shaft you have. We use only 3/4″ plywood – no melamine or pressboard – for a strong finished pr oduct that’s built to withstand the test of time.
Your elevator is equipped with an integrated full feature telephone, automatic recessed LED lighting, and a code compliant locking hard hinge accordion gate. It has a 950 lb. weight capacity & can travel up to 40 feet per minute.
In addition to providing a premier product, our top priority is to provide an elevator that is
safe.
A residential elevator is a piece of heavy machinery and should be treated that way, so we take safety very seriously.
Your elevator is compliant with all safety codes provided for residential elevators in ASME A 17.1.
This code is revised every few years to ensure it is providing the safest regulations possible.
Occasionally, a code change may require that your elevator is updated to make it safer. If this happens and your elevator requires updates, we’ll recommend the updates needed.
