Our kind office staff will either connect you with a trained technician who can help troubleshoot your elevator over the phone OR they’ll get a work order written & scheduled for you. Either way, the office is happy to help!
For after-hours service, please call the office & leave a message on our voicemail! A member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible – our voicemail is monitored over the weekend & outside of business hours.
Best Practice for Continual Operation
We recommend annual maintenance for best performance! The annual inspection is a safety check performed on your elevator once per year (recommended). We’ll make any minor adjustments needed, grease parts if needed, & ensure your elevator is operating as safely & efficiently as possible.

Offered to customers within a 3-hour radius of our home office in Morehead City, the annual maintenance agreement includes:
an annual inspection completed during your year of coverage
a 10% discount on any parts needed during the year
priority service when needed.
